The rules that apply when you browse, order, or receive a delivery from Vape Dubai, operated by VapeHub Electronic Cigarette and Accessories LLC.
Last updated: August 2026In short: you must be 18 or older to buy from Vape Dubai, orders are paid for in cash or by card at the time of delivery, and delivery covers Dubai and the wider UAE. These terms don’t cover health claims, since Vape Dubai does not make any.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By placing an order on Vape Dubai, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t place an order. VapeHub Electronic Cigarette and Accessories LLC, trading as Vape Dubai, is based in International City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Age and Eligibility
Vape Dubai sells vaping products intended for adults only. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase and use vaping products in your emirate. Our delivery team may request valid government issued ID before handing over your order, and can decline delivery if age can’t be confirmed.

3. Products and Descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including puff count, nicotine strength, and device specifications. We don’t make health claims about vaping, and nothing on this site should be read as a suggestion that vaping is safe or a method to quit smoking. Product images are for reference and may vary slightly from the item delivered due to packaging updates from manufacturers.
4. Orders and Payment
Vape Dubai does not take online prepayment. Every order is paid for in cash or by card using a POS machine at the time of delivery. Placing an order through the website is a request to purchase, and Vape Dubai reserves the right to cancel or decline any order, including for stock availability, suspected fraud, or an inability to verify age.
5. Delivery
Vape Dubai offers express delivery within 1 hour for 50 AED, and normal delivery for 25 AED, across Dubai and the wider UAE. Orders of 300 AED or more qualify for free delivery. 6. Pricing
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if an error appears on a product page, we will contact you before processing the order at the correct price.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds is set out in full on our Returns and Refund Policy page. Because vaping products are consumable and tied to hygiene and age restricted sale rules, only specific situations qualify for a return.
8. Intellectual Property
The Vape Dubai name, logo, and website content belong to VapeHub Electronic Cigarette and Accessories LLC or its suppliers. Product names and brand logos remain the property of their respective manufacturers. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse site content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vape Dubai supplies products as described and is not responsible for misuse of any device or e-liquid outside its intended purpose. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or UAE regulations. The version published on this page is the one that applies at the time of your order.
