Eligibility and age restriction
You must be of legal purchase age to buy from Vape Dubai. Under UAE law, tobacco and nicotine products may only be purchased by customers aged 18 or above. We verify age during the ordering process and our couriers may request identification on delivery. Orders placed by underage customers will be cancelled. Products and pricing
We aim to keep product information accurate, including descriptions, specifications and images. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase under these vape Dubai purchase terms. We accept your offer when we confirm your order and dispatch it for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, where age verification fails, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
Delivery
We deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE. Normal delivery costs 30 AED, 1 hour express delivery costs 50 AED, and delivery is free on all orders above 300 AED. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery. Payment is collected by our courier when your order is delivered, so you never pay anything online in advance. If payment cannot be collected on delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Returns and refunds
Our approach to faulty, incorrect or unwanted items is set out in our refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids and opened products can only be returned where they are faulty.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to place orders on behalf of underage persons, providing false information, or interfering with the operation of the website. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms of service have been breached.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Vape Dubai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
