Ordering and Delivery
Express delivery arrives within 1 hour for 50 AED. If your order isn’t urgent, normal delivery is available for 25 AED.

Yes, delivery is free on any order of 300 AED or more, whether you choose express or normal delivery timing.

Payment
Vape Dubai does not take online prepayment. You pay in cash or by card using our POS machine when your order arrives at your door.
Yes. Our delivery team carries a POS machine so you can pay by card in person, the same way you would in a store.
Age Verification
Yes. Vape Dubai sells exclusively to customers 18 and above. Our delivery team may request valid government issued ID before handing over your order.

Returns and Refunds
No, opened or used vaping products can’t be returned for change of mind due to hygiene and consumable product rules. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned.

Product Authenticity
Yes. Every product sold on Vape Dubai is sourced through verified suppliers. We don’t sell counterfeit or unauthorized stock.
