Vape Delivery FAQs
How long does vape delivery take in Dubai?
We offer two delivery speeds. The 1 hour express delivery option brings your order to your door in most areas during operating hours (9 AM to 9 PM daily), at a cost of 50 AED. Normal delivery at 30 AED follows our standard routing schedule. Delivery to other emirates depends on the courier route. Check our shipping coverage areas page for details.
How much does vape delivery cost?
Normal delivery costs 30 AED. The 1 hour express delivery option costs 50 AED. Delivery is free on all orders above 300 AED, whichever speed you choose. These rates apply across our UAE delivery network.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Dubai and to the wider UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. The 1 hour express delivery option is available in Dubai. See the shipping coverage areas page for the full list.
Is vape delivery discreet?
Yes. Every order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents, so your privacy is fully protected from dispatch to doorstep.
Payment FAQs
What payment methods does Vape Dubai accept?
We keep payment simple: Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery. You pay when your order arrives at your door, either in cash or by card. We never ask for online prepayment, so you never pay before you receive your products.
Does Vape Dubai accept cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order. The courier collects your payment when handing over the package, so you can check the order is sealed and correct before paying.
Is it safe to pay on delivery?
Yes. Because payment is only completed when the courier hands you the order, you stay in control of the transaction. There is no card data stored online and no advance payment involved.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Vape Dubai sources products through authorised channels and every item is sold in its original sealed packaging. If you ever have doubts about a product you received, contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Do you sell zero nicotine vapes?

What is your return policy?

Do I need to verify my age to order?
Yes. In line with UAE law, vape and nicotine products may only be purchased by customers aged 18 or above. We verify age during the ordering process and our courier may check ID on delivery. Read our age verification notice for details.
