Vape Dubai is an online store, so there is no walk-in retail counter. Orders are delivered to your address across Dubai and the wider UAE. We offer 30 AED normal delivery, 50 AED 1 hour express delivery, and FREE delivery on orders above 300 AED. Order help: tracking and delivery questions
If your question is about an order that is already on its way, track your order first for the latest status. For delivery fees and timeframes, the delivery and shipping policy page covers everything: 30 AED normal delivery, 50 AED 1 hour express delivery, and FREE delivery on orders above 300 AED. If your delivery is late or the rider could not reach you, message us with your order number and we will arrange redelivery or rescheduling.
Product returns and faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo of the issue. Do not throw the item away until our team confirms the next step. Genuine manufacturing faults are handled under our returns process; change-of-mind returns on opened e-liquids and used devices are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
