1. Why This Notice Exists
Vaping products contain nicotine and are legally restricted to adult use in the UAE. This notice explains how Vape Dubai verifies age, and what happens if age can’t be confirmed at the point of delivery.
2. Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on Vape Dubai. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to purchase vaping products in your emirate.
3. How We Verify Age
You confirm you are 18 or older before your order is placed.
Our rider may ask for valid government issued ID to confirm your age before handing over the order.
The rider can decline to complete the delivery, and the order may be returned.
4. Your Responsibility
The person receiving the delivery must be 18 or older, regardless of who placed the order. Ordering on behalf of someone under 18, or allowing a minor to receive the delivery, is against these terms and against UAE regulations on vaping products.
5. No Health Claims
Vape Dubai does not present vaping as safe or as a method to quit smoking. Our product listings describe features such as flavor, puff count, and device specifications only.
