Age Verification / 18+ Notice
Vape Dubai sells strictly to adults aged 18 and over, in line with UAE law.
Adults only. You must be of legal age to use this website.
Vape Dubai sells age restricted products. In line with UAE law, vape devices, e-liquids and nicotine products may only be purchased by customers aged 18 years or above. By using this website, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
How Vape Dubai verifies your age
We take age verification seriously. Our website is intended for adults only, and we run a strict age verification process to prevent underage sales. Your age is checked when you create an account, when you place an order and again on delivery, where our courier may ask to see valid identification. Any order that fails age verification will be cancelled and refunded where payment was involved.
Legal age to buy vapes in the UAE: 18+
UAE law sets the legal purchase age for tobacco and nicotine products at 18 years. This applies to every vape product sold on vaphub.ae, including disposable vapes, pod systems, vape kits, e-liquids and nicotine pouches. We enforce this requirement without exception, regardless of the legal age rules in any other country.
What we check at checkout and on delivery
During checkout, you will be asked to confirm your date of birth. For some orders, we may ask for a copy of a valid government issued photo ID, such as an Emirates ID or passport. On delivery, our courier is instructed to verify that the person receiving the order is of legal age. If valid ID cannot be shown, the delivery will not be completed and the order will be returned.
Account holder responsibility
If you share your device or account with others, you are responsible for ensuring that underage persons cannot use your account to place orders. Please keep your login details private and do not allow minors to access this website through your account.
No marketing to minors
Vape Dubai does not advertise or market to anyone under the legal purchase age. Our content, imagery and promotions are directed exclusively at adult customers. We do not use cartoons, youth oriented influencers or any marketing that could appeal to minors.
